Born from lived experience with Complex PTSD, years of research in food science, herbalism, and neuropharmacology, and a deep reverence for both nature and community, Equinox has grown into a trauma-informed wellness protocol designed to be accessible, adaptable, and rooted in truth.

It’s not a product, or a brand—it’s a reclamation. A response to systems that gatekeep healing, and a call to those who’ve felt unseen by mainstream wellness: the queer folk, the carers, the veterans, the outliers, and anyone who's ever had to piece themselves back together.
