  • Exhaustion (physical, mental, and emotional)

  • Cynicism or detachment

  • Feeling ineffective or unmotivated

  • Trouble sleeping or relaxing

  • Loss of joy in things you used to love

Think of burnout as your body’s way of saying “enough.” It’s a signal to rest, reset, and recalibrate your lifestyle and boundaries.
